Heat pump delivery

Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free. Certain Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland postcodes require an individual delivery quotation before the order can be completed.

UK mainland delivery

Eligible mainland addresses will see Free UK Mainland Delivery at checkout.

Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

Some remote, offshore and Northern Ireland postcodes require a delivery quote because carrier charges vary by location. Please contact us with your postcode and the heat pump you are interested in and we will confirm the delivery cost.

Installation orders

If you purchase professional installation, we may coordinate delivery with the fitting appointment where appropriate. We will confirm the arrangements before attendance.

Returns

Please contact us before returning a heat pump. If you may need to return an item, do not install, commission or use it before speaking with us. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please also refer to our Terms & Privacy page for the current site terms.
